Having a variety of equipment-supported and non equipment-supported classes promotes movement diversity, which can train your body to be more intelligent beyond just one type of tool, and across tools.
Classes that use equipment such as rings, flywheel training equipment, and Pilates reformer machines:

Classes that entail only bodyweight exercises:
- Ground Movement
